• Able to maintain 1:5 or 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratios
• Must reside within 100 miles of the facility

Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality nursing care in an expanding hospital unit
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and comfort
• Utilize Meditech EMR for documentation and care coordination
• Participate in bi-weekly orientation sessions as needed
