You will collaborate with skilled professionals to apply the Nursing Process in making critical decisions tailored to meet the holistic needs of patients, including their physiological, developmental, spiritual, and psychosocial factors. Accountability to the Unit Director and partnership with Clinical Nurse Leads and Nursing Supervisors ensures a supportive and collaborative work environment. Qualifications and Desired Experience: • Current Vermont RN or multi-state RN license • Minimum three years of acute care experience, preferably with Meditech familiarity • BLS (American Heart Association) and ACLS certification • Ability to work night shifts with occasional pediatric patient care • Compliance with credentialing requirements, including mandatory flu vaccination Job Details: • Night shift schedule with Wednesdays as standard start days • Orientation week involves 36 hours guaranteed for travelers starting midweek on a 48-hour contract • Contract employment type Candidates will appreciate the area’s unmatched combination of professional challenge and outdoor leisure.
