A nursing opportunity is available for a registered nurse with medical-surgical and intermediate care experience in the Panhandle region of Texas. This contract role offers a choice between 36- or 48-hour shifts on a day schedule, providing flexibility for those seeking a structured workweek. The unit serves a blend of medical-surgical and intermediate care patients, with nurse-to-patient ratios ranging from 1:4 to 1:6 depending on patient acuity and assignment. Ideal candidates have at least one year of nursing experience, proficiency in Epic electronic health records, and are comfortable working within a 50-mile travel radius from the Panhandle area.
