About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and skilled Med-Surg RNs to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced medical-surgical unit. You’ll assess and coordinate care for adult patients, collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and play a key role in supporting positive patient outcomes within a supportive, team-focused environment.

This position is ideal for acute care RNs looking to join a reputable, high-performing hospital known for strong leadership and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities
• Provide direct patient care using evidence-based practice.
• Assess, monitor, and document patient status and interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and care coordinators to deliver effective care plans.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and medications.
• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and intervene as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic patient environment.

Qualifications:

Required:
• Active Florida RN license or Compact RN license (must obtain FL license).
• 1+ year of recent acute care RN experience (Med-Surg not required).
• ASN required.
• BLS (AHA) required.

Considered:
• Candidates with 3+ years of RN experience may qualify if they have acute care experience within the past 5 years.
• BSN preferred.
