Pay Range: The pay range for this position is listed below. Actual pay rate will depend on experience.
$32.50 - $48.50
Position Highlights:
• Eligible for a sign-on bonus of $15,000-$20,000 and a relocation bonus of $2,500.
• Varied shifts: every other weekend, every third holiday rotation, occasional call; 72 hours every two weeks.

A Brief Overview:
As a Med Surg RN, you will deliver high-quality nursing care by assessing patient needs, developing comprehensive care plans, and offering emotional and educational support to patients and their families. You will actively monitor patient status, collaborate with healthcare teams, and play a critical role in their recovery journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide dedicated patient care by reviewing physician prescriptions and communicating the nursing care plan effectively to the healthcare team.
• Develop nursing care plans through thorough medical histories, assessments, and patient diagnosis, while setting clear care objectives.
• Educate patients and families on health management, addressing questions and providing resources for better understanding.
• Continuously evaluate patient care by adhering to standards and modifying care plans according to changing needs.
• Maintain a safe and healthy care environment by following infection control protocols and legal regulations.
• Document all patient care services accurately in health records.
• Ensure proper operation of patient care equipment and maintain necessary supplies.
• Stay current with nursing practices and competencies as outlined by leadership.
Essential Qualifications:
• Ability to work the designated hours and communicate effectively.
Required Education and Experience:
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice upon hire.
Preferred Education and Experience:
• 1-3 years of experience in a clinical environment.
