Job Title: Med-Surg RN – Medical Surgical Registered Nurse Location: Kansas City, MO Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent Shifts: Days or Nights (Rotating Weekends Required) Compensation & Incentives • Hourly Pay Range: $30.04 – $41.50 (based on experience) • Shift Differentials: • $4.00/hr (Nights) • $4.00/hr (Weekends) • Sign-On Bonus: • $30,000 (Nights – 2-Year Commitment) • $10,000 (Days – 2-Year Commitment) Facility Overview A large, full-service acute care hospital in the Kansas City metropolitan area is seeking a Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse to join its inpatient nursing team. Position Summary The Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse provides compassionate, high-quality nursing care to adult patients with diverse medical, surgical, cardiac, and neurological conditions. This unit supports general medicine, urology, vascular, neurology, orthopedics, and nephrology patients. As part of a Level I Trauma facility, the unit cares for stable but higher-acuity Med-Surg patients, offering a strong clinical learning environment and opportunities for skill expansion, including cardiac monitoring.
