A Day In The Life—What You’ll Do: • Warm Patient Care & Clinical Support: Kindly prepare patients and rooms, thoughtfully assist medical providers, perform routine blood draws, and administer vaccines. • Expert Triage (RN/LPN): Use your experience to provide quality phone and in-person triage • Coordination & Collaboration: Help maintain patient records, manage patient communication flow, coordinate lab testing, and support the smooth, efficient operation of our practice. Requirements: Education & Licensure: • A high school diploma or equivalent required • For MA: Medical Assistant certification is preferred • For LPN: An active Vermont Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required • For RN: A current Registered Nurse (RN) license (State of Vermont, in good standing) required Experience & Skills: • Clinical nursing experience in a medical office, family practice or community health • Computer knowledge, strong clinical judgment, and communication skills • The ideal person for this role is a calm, patient-focused go-getter who can handle a busy day while keeping an eye on the little details.
