Key Responsibilities:
• Provide skilled nursing care for medical-surgical patients.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and health maintenance.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Valid RN license with Medical-Surgical experience.
• Prior experience in inpatient care preferred.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Current certifications required before start date.
• Compliance with New Mexico state fingerprinting and background check requirements.

Contract Details:
• Contract assignment.
• Orientation conducted weekly on Mondays.
• Candidates must be willing to travel; those located 60 miles or more from the facility are eligible as travelers.
• New Mexico state clinical staff fingerprinting required, with a supervised waiver period available while results are pending.
