Medical-Surgical Nurse (RN) - Guthrie, Oklahoma in Guthrie, OK

Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
• Current Oklahoma RN License
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in MedSurg
• Strong ability to utilize the nursing process to deliver effective patient care
• Demonstrated professionalism and accountability in nursing practices
• Experience coordinating patient care across multiple departments
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and uphold patient rights
• Flexibility to float to different units as needed

Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive nursing care for medical-surgical patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care plans
• Monitor and evaluate patient responses to interventions
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, patient safety standards, and privacy regulations
• Assist with call and weekend duties as required by the facility

Schedule:
• Variable shifts, 3x12-hour rotations
• Approximately 36 guaranteed weekly hours
