Role Responsibilities: • Deliver care to adult patients requiring medical-surgical and telemetry level 1 monitoring. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. • Maintain precise documentation and comply with hospital protocols. • Float as needed to the 5th floor or Emergency Department holding areas. • Participate in a block scheduling system, allowing for balanced work-life integration.
