An opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse with Med-Surg and Telemetry experience to support care on a 12-hour night shift schedule. Qualifications and Desired Experience • Current RN license with Med-Surg and Telemetry experience • Minimum 2 years of nursing practice • ACLS and BLS certification required • Successful completion of Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with at least 80% overall and 100% on lethal rhythms • Willingness to work night shifts (7 PM to 7:30 AM), including weekends • Open to first-time travel nurses • Locals within 60 miles encouraged to apply Responsibilities • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients on med-surg/telemetry units • Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and respond to changes appropriately • Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes • Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards • Provide patient and family education and support Schedule/Hours • Night shift: 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (7:00 PM to 7:30 AM) • Weekend availability required (6 shifts over 6 weeks) This contract position provides an excellent chance for nurses seeking to expand their professional experience in a supportive environment.
