Responsibilities:
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered nursing care on a medical-surgical unit
• Monitor patient health and coordinate treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Educate patients and families regarding care and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory standards
Qualifications:
• Current RN license with Medical-Surgical nursing experience
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
