
Medical-Surgical Nurse (RN) - Quitman, Mississippi in De Soto, MS
Job Description
Key responsibilities include comprehensive nursing assessments within eight hours of admission to create personalized care plans. Candidates will contribute to the interdisciplinary team meetings by providing timely patient updates and perform direct patient care activities, emphasizing patient and family education to achieve rehabilitation goals.
