Responsibilities: • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult and geriatric patients on the Medical-Surgical unit • Utilize equipment such as GE technology and electronic health records including Meditech and PACS-NovaRad effectively • Collaborate with the healthcare team to maintain high standards of patient safety and care quality • Work night shifts with a scheduled 36 hours per week, including alternating weekends • Adhere to dress code standards and facility policies Qualifications: • Active or pending Registered Nurse license to practice in Virginia • Minimum of one year nursing experience in a Medical-Surgical setting • Proficiency with general abdomen, routine vascular, small parts, pelvic, and OB patient care • RDMS certification and BLSD certification required • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively without on-call duties Additional Information: • Scrubs of any color combination allowed; jeans and t-shirts are not permitted • Supervised by experienced nursing leadership committed to professional growth This contract role is ideal for a skilled RN seeking a reputable facility with consistent night hours and no call requirements.
