Medical-Surgical Nurse (RN) - Spring Lake, North Carolina in Spring Lake, NC

An opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in Medical-Surgical and/or LTAC/Telemetry settings, located in Spring Lake, NC. This contract position provides a unique chance to contribute to patient care at a long-term acute care specialty hospital. Qualifications and Desired Experience: • Valid RN license with experience in Medical-Surgical Nursing (RN-MS). • First-timers in RN/LTAC and MS/Telemetry are welcome. • Ability to float within the scope of practice between like units as needed. • Must be able to meet the 50-mile radius travel requirement (locals outside this radius are not accepted). • Compliance with return staff policies and contract limits as specified by management. Responsibilities: • Deliver high-quality nursing care in a long-term acute care setting. • Utilize Epic electronic charting system to maintain accurate patient records. • Work three 12-hour day shifts per week (7:00 AM to 7:00 PM). • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. • Adhere to facility policies, including call-off policy and block scheduling accommodations.
