Key Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive nursing care within a medical-surgical unit, including patient assessment and management. • Administer medications such as heparin, insulin, lasix, amiodarone, diltiazem, and digoxin under established protocols. • Participate in tele monitoring and assist with various patient care activities across multiple departments including Behavioral Health, Emergency Department, ICU, and post-procedural areas as needed. • Maintain patient safety and use critical thinking during on-call and float assignments. • Successfully complete Basic Dysrhythmia Assessment with a minimum passing score of 80% during onboarding. Qualifications and Desired Experience: • Current Registered Nurse license with medical-surgical experience. • Experience with EPIC electronic medical records is preferred. • Comfortable managing multiple patients with a nurse-to-patient ratio of approximately 1:6. • Ability to work on-call and flexible with floating across different hospital departments. • Strong assessment and clinical skills along with effective communication.
