In this role, you will execute individualized patient assessments to develop tailored plans of care, ensuring every patient receives the highest level of support and treatment. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare, administer, and accurately document prescribed medications. • Recognize and initiate appropriate actions in response to adverse symptoms. • Perform essential procedures such as changing dressings, inserting catheters, and starting IVs as required.
