Requirements
• Current RN License
• Degree from an accredited nursing program
• BLS Certification
• Minimum of 18 months recent experience in an Acute Care Med/Surg setting
• Additional requirements may be specified by the client facility

Duties and Responsibilities
As a Medical-Surgical Nurse (RN), you will provide essential care to primarily adult patients before and after surgical procedures while also attending to those receiving treatment for various illnesses. You will encounter a diverse range of medical conditions and will need to be well-equipped to manage these effectively. Your responsibilities will include:
• Completing assignments as directed by physicians
• Providing routine treatment and attentive post-surgical care
• Assessing changes in patients' health status and performing various treatments
• Administering medication accurately
• Maintaining meticulous documentation for medication and treatment administration to ensure seamless continuity of care among nursing staff, physicians, and other members of the treatment team
