An opportunity is available for experienced registered nurses licensed in Wisconsin to provide compassionate, patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities: • Use the nursing process to assess and manage patient care in coordination with healthcare team members. • Administer medications and treatments following approved protocols and nursing standards. • Develop and implement patient-specific care plans, including patient and family education. • Participate in departmental performance improvement initiatives and share best practices. • Apply critical thinking to prioritize patient safety and escalate concerns as needed. • Provide clinical guidance across units to support comprehensive patient care. • Be available to work 12-hour day shifts from 6:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., including every other weekend and holiday coverage. • Travel nursing staff may be required to float to different units. Qualifications and Experience: • Current Registered Nurse license in Wisconsin. • CPR/BLS certification is mandatory. • Flu vaccination is required. • Strong clinical skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic healthcare environment. • Flexibility to work varying unit assignments if in a travel nursing role.
