Job Description
A rewarding contract opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse with medical-surgical expertise to support patient care in a busy healthcare environment. Qualifications and Desired Experience:
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Proven experience in medical-surgical nursing (MS).
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care and safety.
Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical patients.
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and document care accurately.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and update care plans.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in orientation programs starting on either January 28 or February 18.
