Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
Experience:
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.
Travel experience is required from any number of months.
Trauma Level 2 experience is preferred from any number of months
Requirements:
Candidates must have a Indiana license or compact license (required after submission).
This role may require floating to additional units and locations
Travel only, local not allowed.
Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - IU Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - IU Health.
12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: Aya Program - IU Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - IU Health.

Required credentials: Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing. Government issued photo ID. Valid Driver's License or Passport accepted. Must be clear copy.
Shift & schedule requirements: 3x12s or 4x12s. Must work 2/3 major holidays. Every Other weekend.
Special request requirements: Charge coverage: Pending operational needs, unit charge nurse responsibilities may be needed with provided training and resources.
Details:

All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
