Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patients' conditions and report changes promptly during each shift.
• Perform medical procedures as instructed by providers, ensuring complete and timely documentation.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor patients for their responses.
• Deliver outstanding patient care by anticipating needs and ensuring swift resolutions to requests.
• Educate patients and their families regarding medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care, ensuring clear understanding.
Qualifications:
• Must obtain Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of starting.
• Registered Nurse license required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred.
