In this role, you will conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized care plans tailored to each individual's needs. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare, administer, and accurately record prescribed medications. • Monitor patients for adverse symptoms and initiate necessary alternative actions. • Perform clinical tasks such as changing dressings, inserting catheters, and starting IVs as needed.
