A company is looking for a Nursing Supervisor in Ambulatory Care Services : Medical Specialties. Key Responsibilities Supervise nursing staff, manage performance evaluations, and participate in recruitment and hiring processes Provide leadership in nursing practice, develop standards, and support clinical operations and educational activities Engage in quality management, research activities, and facilitate professional development for nursing staff Required Qualifications Bachelor's of Science in Nursing or an Associate's degree / diploma in Nursing with a Master's degree in Nursing Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Michigan Minimum of five years of RN experience, with two years of progressively responsible clinical experience in adult specialties One year of recent ambulatory experience is strongly desired Nurse Leadership certification or completion of such certification within two years of accepting the position
