Key Responsibilities Provide patient care support as delegated by Provider or RN, including administering therapies and managing patient flow Collaborate with the care team to improve quality goals and assist in patient preparation for exams Document patient interactions and manage communication regarding medical information Required Qualifications Associate's or Vocational degree from a Board of Nursing approved LPN program Licensed Practical Nurse MN BON or Licensed Practical Nurse Wisconsin, as applicable Current BLS certification from an approved organization or in-house training within 30 days of hire Preferred two years of clinic LPN experience
