About the Role: As a Mobile Infusion Registered Nurse, you will provide expert IV therapy and infusion services throughout the specified regions, visiting various facilities based on scheduling and patient needs. This position offers complete clinical support and mileage reimbursement. Key Responsibilities: • Administer IV medications and specialty infusions in skilled nursing and rehab settings. • Monitor patient responses and manage infusion-related reactions according to established protocols. • Maintain and access existing vascular devices (peripheral IVs, ports, PICCs - no line placement required). • Perform therapeutic injections (IM/SQ) as prescribed. • Educate patients on therapy plans and care expectations. • Document treatments electronically and keep healthcare providers updated. Ideal Candidate Profile: • Current RN license in Texas. • At least 1 year of experience in IV infusion or specialty infusion. • Able to work independently in the field with confidence. • Current BLS certification. • Valid driver's license and a dependable personal vehicle. • Comfortable using mobile devices for charting and navigation. Schedule & Flexibility: We offer part-time and PRN positions: • Part-time: 2+ shifts/week. • PRN: Flexible/as needed. We have immediate needs on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays for facility coverage.
