Mobile Infusion Registered Nurse in Eagle Pass, TX

About the Role As a Mobile Infusion RN, you will be responsible for administering expert IV therapy and specialized infusion services within skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities. This position allows you to visit patients based on their needs and facility schedules. You will receive full support for clinical escalation and mileage reimbursement! Key Responsibilities • Administer IV medications and specialty infusions in skilled nursing and rehab facility settings. • Monitor patient responses and manage infusion-related reactions according to established protocols. • Maintain and access existing vascular devices (peripheral IVs, ports, PICCs - placement of lines is not required). • Perform therapeutic injections (IM/SQ) as ordered by the physician. • Educate patients on their therapy plans and care expectations. • Document treatments electronically and effectively communicate updates to healthcare providers. Ideal Candidate Profile • Active RN license. • Minimum of one year of IV infusion or specialty infusion experience. • Confident in working independently in the field. • Current BLS certification. • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle. • Comfortable using mobile devices for charting and navigation. Schedule & Flexibility We offer a variety of scheduling options, including: • Part-time: Minimum of 2 shifts per week. • PRN: Flexibility as needed. Immediate coverage is needed on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
