Job Responsibilities: The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering individualized nursing care through: • Assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation. • Collaboration with inter-professional teams, including physicians. • Caring for patients throughout all phases of their healthcare journey. • Planning and coordinating care, patient education, and performing various nursing interventions. The RN practices within the full scope of their expertise, adhering to state regulations and professional standards. Qualifications: Graduates from accredited nursing programs are preferred, with: • A Bachelor’s degree in nursing being a plus. • An unencumbered RN license in the state of practice. • Maintenance of required competencies and certifications.
