Job Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) is dedicated to delivering personalized nursing care through the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, to plan, implement, and assess patient care. Provide comprehensive nursing care in line with professional standards, focusing on all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Key responsibilities include: • Planning and coordinating patient care. • Conducting patient assessments and education. • Triage and various nursing interventions. Practice within the scope of the Nurse Practice Act and uphold the highest standards of nursing as established by the American Nurses Association. Requirements: • Graduation from an accredited nursing program. • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in nursing. • Must hold an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice or possess multistate licensure if applicable. • Compliance with departmental competencies and certifications.
