A company is looking for a Float Pool Registered Nurse.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor patient vitals, symptoms, and lab data to identify clinical intervention needs
Respond to patient clinical questions and conduct timely outreach for abnormal readings
Document patient interactions and support care coordination across clinical programs
Required Qualifications
Active RN compact multi-state license
Associate Degree in Nursing
5+ years of clinical nursing experience in relevant settings
Strong experience with clinical triage, including telephone or virtual triage
Critical care or emergency nursing experience preferred
