A company is looking for a RN Telephone Triage (Work from Home). Key Responsibilities Assess patient's symptoms using physician-written algorithms Provide home care instructions and document all interactions in the appropriate software Guide patients on levels of care and consult with physicians as needed Required Qualifications Current multi-state RN license with no restrictions 2+ years of nursing experience Proficiency in computer use with a typing speed of at least 25 wpm Flexibility with scheduling and ability to handle confidential information Professional telephone voice and excellent listening skills
