Thrive in a neonatal ICU that operates within a hospital designated as a Level I Trauma Center—making it a regional hub for complex, time-sensitive care. You will collaborate closely with maternal-fetal medicine, neonatal transport, pediatric sub specialists, respiratory therapy, and lactation services to deliver seamless, evidence-based care. Reporting to an experienced Nurse Manager/Director within Women’s and Children’s Services, this role is supported by clinical educators, charge RNs, and an engaged neonatology team. As a frontline leader in the neonatal intensive care unit, you will guide staffing and scheduling, onboarding and coaching, quality and performance initiatives, regulatory readiness, and daily operational flow.
