Neurology Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-Time
Location: Gainesville, FL
Salary Range:

• 2 Years of Experience: $30.69/hr

• 5 Years of Experience: $33.71/hr

• 17+ Years of Experience: Up to $43.20/hr

Shift Differentials:

• Nights: +$4.25/hr

• Weekends: +$3.00/hr

Sign-On Bonus:

• $15,000 for Day Shift

• $25,000 for Night Shift

Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case basis

Schedule Options:

• Day Shift – Rotating weekends

• Night Shift – Rotating weekends

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions upon admission and during scheduled shifts

• Implement provider orders for medications, procedures, and monitoring

• Administer medications and monitor for therapeutic or adverse effects

• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions

• Serve as an advocate and resource for patients and their support networks

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other nurses to provide patient-centered care

Qualifications

• License: Active RN license in Florida or Compact RN license (required)

• Experience: 1 year of recent (within the past 4 years) acute care RN experience (required)

• Education: Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma (required); BSN (preferred)

• Certifications:

  • BLS – must be obtained within 30 days of employment

  • ACLS preferred
