Job Summary and Qualifications

As an RN Resident, you will coordinate and deliver exceptional, patient-centered care in line with departmental requirements and nursing standards. Collaborating with medical providers and care team members, the RN Resident is dedicated to individualized, compassionate care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patient conditions during admissions and shifts, promptly identifying and reporting any status changes
• Carry out treatments and procedures as directed by medical providers, ensuring thorough documentation
• Administer prescribed medications while monitoring patient responses and addressing any adverse effects
• Respond promptly to patient requests, anticipating needs to enhance their experience
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on medical conditions, treatment plans, and medications, simplifying complex medical terms for clarity
Qualifications:
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of employment
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within one year of employment
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Current Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse status in the state
• No prior experience required
• Travel may be necessary for training purposes
