Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for New Grad Registered Nurses located in Fredericksburg, VA. In this role, you will deliver high-quality nursing care to patients, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement care plans, monitor patient progress, and ensure patients and their families receive support and education throughout their healthcare journey. As an essential team member, you will also maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital policies while fostering a professional and empathetic environment for patient care. Qualifications • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility to obtain licensure in Virginia • Strong clinical assessment, patient care, and critical-thinking skills • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members • Teamwork, collaboration, and adaptability skills for working in a fast-paced environment • Commitment to maintaining patient safety, quality standards, and confidentiality • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is a plus • Demonstrated interest in professional growth and patient-centered care
