Location: 118 N 7th Ave, Sheldon, IA 51201, USA
Shift: 12 Hours - Rotating Shifts
Job Schedule: Full time
Weekly Hours: 36.00

Job Summary:
We are seeking passionate and compassionate registered nurses (RN) dedicated to delivering exceptional care to our patients and their families. In our dynamic work environment, successful RNs are adaptable, strong communicators, detail-oriented, and possess excellent time management skills. Responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate patient care, assessment, education, and nursing interventions
• Collaborate with colleagues, including physicians, to execute and evaluate care
• Provide empathetic care throughout all stages of preventive services, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up
• Demonstrate competency and utilize comprehensive nursing expertise
Qualifications:
A graduate from an accredited nursing program is required. A Bachelor's Degree in nursing is preferred. You must hold an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where you will practice and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. You should also obtain and maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications.
