Job Description
Position: RN Graduate - practice specialty designation upon interview and hire
Summary: Join the UCHealth Nurse Residency Program for your first 12 months of practice, where you'll be supported in delivering exceptional patient care in alignment with our values and mission.
Work Schedule: Full Time - rotating to night shift or unit specific schedule, 0.9 FTE (72 hours per pay period)

Location: Various Hospitals including Broomfield Hospital, Longs Peak Hospital, Highlands Ranch Hospital, and University of Colorado Hospital (Anschutz Medical Campus).

• Ambulatory
Requirements:
• Graduate of an accredited Registered/Professional Nursing program.
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification, valid before your start date.
• Preferred: Clinical experience in adult critical care.
Pay Rate: $32.01 - 38.91 / hour based on RN Graduate Specialty upon hire.
