A Brief Overview As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver exceptional nursing care by developing nursing diagnoses, establishing care objectives, and providing holistic support to our patients and their families. What you will do: • Provide vital patient care by reviewing physician prescriptions and communicating nursing care plans with the healthcare team. • Develop comprehensive nursing care plans based on thorough medical histories and patient evaluations. • Educate patients and their families about healthcare requirements and self-care strategies. • Evaluate patient care effectiveness by measuring health outcomes and modifying care plans as needed. • Maintain a safe and healthy environment by adhering to infection control policies and legal regulations. • Document patient care services accurately in patient records. • Ensure operating equipment is functional through routine maintenance and troubleshooting. • Keep patient supplies stocked and ready through diligent inventory management. • Continuously enhance your nursing skills in accordance with organizational standards.
