A Brief Overview As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver exceptional nursing care by developing nursing diagnoses, establishing care objectives, and providing holistic support to our patients and their families. What you will do: • Provide vital patient care by reviewing physician prescriptions and communicating nursing care plans with the healthcare team. • Develop comprehensive nursing care plans based on thorough medical histories and patient evaluations. • Educate patients and their families about healthcare requirements and self-care strategies. • Evaluate patient care effectiveness by measuring health outcomes and modifying care plans as needed. • Maintain a safe and healthy environment by adhering to infection control policies and legal regulations. • Document patient care services accurately in patient records. • Ensure operating equipment is functional through routine maintenance and troubleshooting. • Keep patient supplies stocked and ready through diligent inventory management. • Continuously enhance your nursing skills in accordance with organizational standards. Essential Qualifications The individual must be able to work the specified hours and perform essential job functions satisfactorily, which include effective communication and visual acuity to perform job duties. Required Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience: • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice upon hire. Preferred Qualifications: • 1-3 years of experience in a clinical environment.
