Role Overview: As a Registered Nurse, you will provide comprehensive nursing care, develop care plans, and work collaboratively with healthcare teams to support the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients and families. Your responsibilities include: • Delivering patient care according to physician prescriptions and developing nursing care plans. • Educating patients and families about healthcare needs and self-care skills. • Evaluating and adapting patient care in response to changing conditions. • Maintaining a safe and healthy environment by adhering to infection-control policies and legal regulations. • Documenting patient care and ensuring proper use of medical equipment. • Restocking and maintaining patient care supplies. Qualifications: Essential: • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice upon hire. Preferred: • 1-3 years of clinical experience.
