This position is sign-on bonus eligible and qualifies for a $15,000 sign–on bonus, provided the candidate meets eligibility requirements!

Where You Will Work

7 North is a 30-bed Medical-Surgical Unit and 7 South is a 36-bed Medical-Surgical Unit, where we are dedicated to delivering exceptional care to adult patients with a variety of medical conditions. From general medicine, respiratory, renal, cardiac, oncology and beyond, our unit focuses on providing compassionate, patient-centered care tailored to each individual's needs, ensuring the highest quality outcomes for our diverse patient population. We foster a supportive, family-like atmosphere that extends to our patients and teammates alike, emphasizing teamwork and open communication. We’re Looking For
• Less than 1 year of RN experience
• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

What You’ll Do
• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
