Job Summary and Qualifications

The RN Resident will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in alignment with departmental standards and nursing practices. Collaborating with healthcare professionals, you will provide individualized and compassionate care, advocating for patients, families, and caregivers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct patient assessments upon admission and throughout each shift, promptly identifying and addressing any changes in patient status.
• Execute medical procedures, monitoring tasks, and documentation of care in patient records accurately and timely.
• Administer prescribed medications while observing for therapeutic responses and intervening as needed.
• Deliver exceptional care by promptly addressing patient requests and anticipating needs proactively.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, side effects, and follow-up measures in clear, understandable terms.
Qualifications Required:
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of employment.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 1 year of employment.
• Registered Nurse License or eligibility for Graduate Nurse in the state.
• A degree in Nursing (Associate or Bachelor’s).
• No prior experience required.
• Possibility of travel for training purposes.
