A company is looking for a Nurse Advice Line Clinical Triage Nurse.
Key Responsibilities
Receives, triages, verifies, and processes requests for clinical triage and medical advice from health plan members
Uses clinical protocols to assess advice to callers and documents discussions and information relayed
Collaborates with stakeholders and providers to identify the most appropriate direction of care based on caller acuity
Qualifications
Associates degree required
New Mexico Board of Nursing RN License with Multi-State Compact Licensure and at least 3 years of RN experience in a clinical setting
Experienced analytical skills for interpreting medical records
Experience with detailed research, coordination, and organizational skills
Demonstrated critical thinking skills through experience, education, or interview process
