Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Work Schedule:
• 3 shifts per week, each 12 hours long
• Weekend shifts required: 5 in a 6-week cycle
• Voluntary on-call as needed
• Holiday shifts as required
• Floating to other units within the hospital may be necessary
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of neonatal patients, addressing physical, psychological, social, spiritual, and developmental needs.
• Collaborate with families and the multidisciplinary care team to develop and update individualized care plans.
• Monitor diagnostic and laboratory data, promptly reporting abnormal findings.
• Ensure all assessments and reassessments comply with hospital policies and patient needs.
• Coordinate discharge planning based on patient progress and family readiness.
Qualifications:
• Licensed Registered Nurse with at least 1 year of professional nursing experience, preferably in NICU.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills specific to neonatal care.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
