Job Title: RN – NICU | Full-Time Night Shift
Location: Apple Valley, California
Employment Type: Full-Time | 12-Hour Night Shifts
Salary: $110,000 – $170,000 per year
About the Role
NurseAmerica is seeking an experienced NICU Registered Nurse in Fontana, CA to join a high-performing medical center in Apple Valley, CA. This full-time night shift role involves caring for premature and critically ill newborns requiring specialized NICU-level attention.

Responsibilities
• Deliver high-acuity nursing care to premature and critically ill infants.
• Monitor vital signs, ventilators, and specialized neonatal equipment.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and neonatal treatments.
• Collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary care teams.
• Provide education, emotional support, and communication to families.
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and care plans.
• Maintain NICU-specific safety, infection control, and evidence-based standards.
Required Qualifications
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Active California RN License (required upon hire).
• BLS (AHA) certification (required upon hire).
• NRP (AAP) certification (required upon hire).
• Minimum 1 year RN experience.
• Ideal: 2+ years NICU experience in an acute care hospital.
