Unit Description: Join our dedicated team in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) as we provide compassionate and high-quality care to critically ill infants. Our NICU consists of a 20-bed level III unit and a 9-bed level II Transition Unit within a supportive and collaborative environment. With thorough orientation and mentorship, you'll be empowered to excel in your role. After two years, you'll have the opportunity to be part of the Health Net Transfer Team, responsible for transporting infants in need of specialized NICU care across Vermont and upstate New York. On-call: Not required. Requirements: • Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont is required. • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) is required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred. • Relevant experience in a clinical setting is important, with specific requirements varying by unit.
