Key Responsibilities:
• Perform cardiopulmonary diagnostic testing and administer respiratory therapies with precision
• Support ventilatory management tailored to patient-specific needs
• Adapt to varied assignments and shift schedules including weekends, holidays, and on-call duties
• Float between care areas within the hospital and alternate nearby locations as staffing demands require
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Desired Qualifications:
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) licensure with experience in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) settings
• Demonstrated proficiency in cardiopulmonary care and respiratory therapy principles
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating assignments
• Willingness to work varied shifts and participate in on-call rotations
• Flexibility to float between departments and locations within approximately 20 miles
