Job Description
Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Provide specialized nursing care in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) setting, delivering critical support to newborn patients requiring intensive medical attention. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment equipped with advanced neonatal life support technology.
Key Responsibilities :
• Monitor and care for neonates utilizing equipment such as nasal cannulas, bubble CPAP, ventilators, oscillators, IV pumps, NIRS, warmers, and isolettes.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using electronic health record systems.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including RNs, LVNs, PCTs, and nurse externs to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Adapt to flexible scheduling including 3 twelve-hour shifts per week with rotating weekends and holidays.
• Participate in unit-specific protocols and assist with floating assignments to PICU, Pediatrics, and CICU as required.
Desired Experience :
• Valid RN licensure with NICU nursing experience.
• Proficiency with neonatal critical care equipment.
• Ability to maintain a favorable patient ratio, often from 1 : 1 up to 1 : 4.
• Familiarity with electronic documentation systems such as CPN and Meditech.
• Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills essential for high-acuity care.
