Quick Details (Because Your Time Matters) • Position : Nurse (RN or LPN – Direct Care) • Locations : Prescott & Prescott Valley • Shifts Available : Overnight • Schedule Options : Full-time, Part-time, PRN • Setting : Small nursing-supported group homes (4 patients) • Acuity : Low to moderate • Work Environment : Stable routines, consistent residents, non violent • On-Call : As assigned per policy (no constant on-call expectations) About the Role : RN and LPN roles function in the same direct-care nursing capacity within our group homes, in accordance with Arizona scope of practice and organizational policy. You will provide hands-on nursing care in a residential setting where quality of care, safety, and dignity are the priority—not patient volume.
