Responsibilities: As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver exceptional care to assigned residents. This includes: • Conducting assessments, diagnoses, outcome identification, planning, and implementation of treatments. • Evaluating the effectiveness of administered treatments and participating in quality assurance and performance improvement activities. • Supervising a talented team of staff members. • Building meaningful relationships with residents, families, and the healthcare team. Qualifications: • Graduation from an accredited nursing school is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. • Current State Licensure as a Registered Nurse is mandatory. • Understanding of long-term care principles. • Current CPR certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross) is required. • First Aid certification is necessary; must be willing to obtain if not certified. • At least 6 months of RN experience is preferred. • Experience or continuing education in elder care is advantageous. • All applicants must exhibit courtesy and professionalism in interactions with others. • A resident and customer-focused approach to problem-solving and goal-setting is essential. • Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn are required.
