Job Summary and Qualifications:
The Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers top-notch, patient-centered care in line with departmental requirements and best practices. Collaborating with medical providers and care teams, the RN offers personalized, compassionate care following established nursing models. Responsibilities include:
• Performing medical procedures and functions as ordered, and accurately documenting care in patient medical records.
• Educating patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, and lifestyle changes for better health management.
• Facilitating evidence-based practices and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Coordinating and customizing holistic care plans with a multidisciplinary team that supports patient recovery.
Qualifications:
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 90 days of employment.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment.
• NIH Stroke Scale certification within 90 days of employment.
• Must possess an Associate Degree in Nursing (RN).
